Download patch file from www.nuprl.org/vms/patchlist0

scp patchfile to VM:
scp ~/Downloads/patchlist0 nuprl@127.0.0.1:/usr/nuprl/public/patches

In nuprl:
In Navigator, 
 in ObidCollector (open with ObidCollector*/DefaultCollector) if none),
  click LoadPatch*
   click Load* in dialog that pops up.
