IAM name : name string 

/local/users has list of users objects.

A user's object has IAM as name and contains a list of properties.
Properties :
  UUID - used to help guide output to users editor. see UUID

Other properties can defaults for args to certain tools and other
programs.

Whenever, a transaction originates in user's editor, the users's UUID 
will be associated with that transaction and any messages generated
during the transaction will be forwarded to the user's editor.
