Section Content

Unlike in Latex, it is not an internal feature of a page whether it is a section, an appendix, a subsection, a subsubsection, et cetera. Rather, the user stipulates the document structure when indicating the roles and hierarchical positions of sections; see Article Structure. A page of Nuprl text can be given a title with the operator

SimpleLatexMode:

<words go here>

<words go here>

available from the WordsMenu. This will be used to indicate the section title; section numbers, if any, are derived from the external article structure. In informal Nuprl texts, continuation in another object is indicated by the operator

SimpleLatexMode: <words go here>

Continued at <words go here>

which is converted into Latex by adjoining the content of the indicated "next object" at that point after the <words go here>. If the content of that "next object" has the form

SimpleLatexMode: Continued from <words go here>

<words go here>

that indication will be omitted from the Latex code generated.
